Why! You ask?
As far as I know every auto responder has a way of unsubscribing! Now I also know that you probably have heard the Bull connected to this. You know the one that if you Unsubscribe it only tells them that "Your email address is an active one". Well! That is far from the truth as it can be. Before I get carried away on this subject.

Just follow the directions to Unsubscribe.
This way you can get the kind the info you want to Help you.
Not every method works for everybody!
Just remember what it is You signed up for. I get a few complaints from people who claim they never signed up for my newsletter. Even when they had to confirm that they did a second time. I believe the problem comes from they have just signed for to much info at one time. Probably forgot which ones they signed up for. So I recommend sign up for one at a time. Give them at least 3 messages to get there view out to you. Then if it is not for You just Unsubscribe! If we could all learn this then would be no need for anybody else telling YOU what is spam and what is not.
